DIY mean you put your own idea to make a new and unique thing that it will become only piece in the world. JUST DO IT

Now, people more care about heath then the past. Let think how much do you in take? and how much do you out take? In every year, everyone gets older, even though they exercise quite regularly and maintain a fairly healthy diet - they are still gaining the kilos. They are stuck with extra weight. I am also worry about my extra weight, too; I think it is good to approach weight control with a personal life-style plan. First, you have to think about your diet and exercise. Increase what you put out (exercise) and reduce what you put in (calories). For example, a diet high in low-fat whole foods, avoiding too much sugar and dairy food, will help maintain a healthy weight. Just do it here, I am trying to tell you should find time to work out such as Aerobic. Exercises are very important in a healthy lifestyle plan. Cycling and running are the fastest way to burn calories, but they take on the rapidly available easy-burning carbohydrates first. It takes about 30 minutes before the body begins burning fat.
There is you should keep it on your mind when you losing weight - there are answers and solutions that will help you to be the best that you can - looking good and feeling great.

How To Reduce Stress While in College

At any situation, most college students are stressed about something. I am also a college student who is sometime feeling stressed. For example, I cannot sleep before my exam. I am always nervous. But stressed is something you can control. Here I have easy six tips to learn how to keep your stress in check and how to relax when it gets to be too much.
Here's How:
1. Most Importantly: Don't Stress About Being Stressed
This may seem ridiculous at first, when you're feeling stressed, you feel like you're on edge and everything is barely being held together. Don't beat yourself up too badly about it! It's all normal, and the best way to handle stress is to not get more stressed about . . . being stressed. If you're stressed out, admit it and figure out how to handle it. Focusing on it will only make things seem worse.
2. Get Some Sleep
The most important to get sleep schedule in college means you have to go to bed far from ideal. Getting more sleep can help your mind refocus, recharge, and rebalance. This can mean a quick nap, a night when you go to bed early, or a promise to yourself to stick with a regular sleep schedule. Sometimes, one good night's sleep can be all you need to hit the ground running amidst a stressful time.
3. Get Some Food
Similar to your sleep habits, your eating habits may rush or gone when you started school. Think about what -- and when -- you've eaten over the past few days. You may think your stress is psychological, but you could also be feeling physical stress if you're not fueling your body appropriately. Go eat something healthy: fruits and veggies, whole grains, protein.
4. Get Some Exercise
You may think that if you don't have the time to exercise. But if you're feeling stressed, it may be that you need to squeeze it in somehow. Exercise doesn't necessarily have to involve a 2-hour, exhausting workout at the campus gym. It can mean a relaxing, 30-minute walk while listening to your favorite music. In fact, in a little over an hour, you can 1) walk 15 minutes to your favorite off-campus restaurant, 2) eat a quick and healthy meal, 3) walk back. Imagine how much better you'll feel!
5. Get Some Quiet Time
Take one moment and think: when was the last time you had some quiet time alone? Personal space for students in college rarely exists. You may share your room, your bathroom, your classrooms, your dining hall, the gym, the library, and anywhere else you go during a day. Finding a few moments of peace and quiet - with no cell phone, roommates, or crowds - might be just what you need. Stepping out from the crazy college environment for a few minutes can do wonders for reducing your stress.
6. Get Some Fun
You may be stressed about one particular thing: a final paper due Monday. You basically just need to sit down and plow through it. If this is the case, try to figure out how to make it a little more fun and enjoyable. Is everyone writing final papers? Agree to work together in your room for 2 hours and then order pizza together for dinner. Do a lot of your classmates have huge presentations to put together? See if you can reserve a classroom or room in the library where you can all work together and share supplies. You may just lower everyone's stress level. Sound fun!!
Remember: stressed is a thing that you can control. You don’t let it over yourself too much, try to follow my tips and always keep you smile on your face. I am sure your stressed is gone!!! =]

Chocolate Love!!!!!

Health benefits of chocolate. You may heard this sentence before and you might know a little about how benefits of dark chocolate. I will be a volunteer to tell you. Let’s follow me. First, don’t you know dark chocolate is good for your heart? A small bar of it everyday can help keep your heart and cardiovascular system running well. For two heart health benefits of dark chocolate are:
-Lower Blood Pressure: Studies have shown that consuming a small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure.
-Lower Cholesterol:Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) by up to 10 percent. Next, as many of people always wonder does chocolate gave a lot of fat? Here I have some more good news - some of the fats in chocolate do not impact your cholesterol. The fats in chocolate are 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 stearic acid and 1/3 palmitic acid:
· Oleic Acid is a healthy monounsaturated fat that is also found in olive oil.
· Stearic Acid is a saturated fat but one which research is shows has a neutral effect on cholesterol.
· Palmitic Acid is also a saturated fat, one which raises cholesterol and heart disease risk.
That means only 1/3 of the fat in dark chocolate is bad for you. Now I am sure that you can relax and enjoy eating dark chocolate in everyday you want. Finally, as you know everything on earth has to balance. It doesn’t less than and doesn’t more than, you should stay middle. I am having some good tips for you who love to enjoy eat chocolate but still care your healthy.

Chocolate Tip 1 - Balance the Calories:
This information doesn't mean that you should eat a pound of chocolate a day. Chocolate is still a high-calorie, high-fat food. Most of the studies done used no more than 100 grams, or about 3.5 ounces, of dark chocolate a day to get the benefits.
One bar of dark chocolate has around 400 calories. If you eat half a bar of chocolate a day, you must balance those 200 calories by eating less of something else. Cut out other sweets or snacks and replace them with chocolate to keep your total calories the same.

Chocolate Tip 2 - Taste the Chocolate:
Chocolate is a complex food with over 300 compounds and chemicals in each bite. To really enjoy and appreciate chocolate, take the time to taste it. A system for tasting chocolate that include assessing the appearance, smell, feel and taste of each piece.

Chocolate Tip 3 - Go for Dark Chocolate:
Dark chocolate has far more antioxidants than milk or white chocolate. These other two chocolates cannot make any health claims. Dark chocolate has 65 percent or higher cocoa content.

Chocolate Tip 4 - Skip the Nougat:
You should look for pure dark chocolate or dark chocolate with nuts, orange peel or other flavorings. Avoid anything with caramel, nougat or other fillings. These fillings are just adding sugar and fat which erase many of the benefits you get from eating the chocolate.

Chocolate Tip 5 - Avoid Milk:
It may taste good but some
research shows that washing your chocolate down with a glass of milk could prevent the antioxidants being absorbed or used by your body.

By the way, I don’t care much about how chocolate have benefits or not, all I know” it tastes good”. I am a woman who fascinated by chocolate. Every time I heard chocolate, it is magic word. I cannot wait to have a bar. Don’t you think so!!
P.S. Don’t forget to work out a half hour - 3 days per week!!!
