Fast Food is bad for us!!

Many years ago, eating out was a special treat that occurred at most once a week. Nowadays people eating style is changing from past, most people have a meal outside the home three to four times each week, while some people eat at takeaways and fast food outlets everyday. Most fast food options are high in fat (including saturated fats), sugar or salt, or all three. These foods can also be low in fibre, vitamins and minerals. This can lead to weight gain and obesity.
For the reason that I think why most people eating out because of people are working harder and these longer hours that lead to an increase in people taking the easy and fast option of takeaway foods more then preparing a family meal.In addition, in the household with kids many parents both work.It does not have too much time to prepare a home cooked meal for family.
Moreover, some of them buying breakfast on the run in the morning, grabbing a quick bite at lunch time or getting the kids a lunch order at school and picking up an easy takeaway meal after a long day when you get home with your family. There’s no denying it, we all need to make better choices about the food.
Healthy life is important for you and your family.Eating healthy and home cooked meals is possible.By the way,all it takes is a little planning and setting some time to organise quick, easy breakfasts, lunches and dinners, which will save you money and keep you and your family healthy. For example, breakfast can be as simple as a small tub of yogurt and a piece of fruit.Dinner cook meals such as pasta, roasts such as lamb, beef and chicken or salad. Finally, you should forget eating out or takeaway and turn to eating good habit for yourself and your family.

Little fellows for footy fans =]

World Cup is less than a month away and many football fans from around the world are counting down. Scheduled for June 11-July 11 in South Africa. The champions, Italy, will be able to beat off the 31 other teams. Even Thailand has never made it to any rounds of the World Cup.I think the country is full of Thais hardcore fans who are ready to enjoy no matter who win the game. But for some female like me I think World Cup is so excited. It's not only about seeing the winning team kissing the gold trophy. Because this month-long is also a great opportunity to me can update lists of favourite footballers with new rising stars who are good looks and muscular frames would probably make me forget those handsome stars from Hollywood. It's more fun to watch this kind of sport together with a big crowd of friends or strangers, always makes the cheering atmosphere full of fun. But don't worry if you are stuck at home and find yourself completely alone in front of the TV. The Build-A-Bear Workshop is offering a teddy bear clad in the costume of five top teams to keep you company no matter who you're cheering for - Brazil, Italy, Germany, Argentina or England. I think that is wonderful idea for women who love World Cup and also love teddy bear like me will get one.
